Based in metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona, Soft Tech Masters was founded in 2001 to create a software solution for Aviation Communications and Surveillance Systems (ACSS) that handles requirements tracing. ReqSuite2, the commercially available version of this software which is known for its comprehensive functionality as well as its ease of use, is now available. |

Ken Varga |

Co-founder Ken Varga is a programming and database whiz. When talking about how to solve a problem involving information, he's already determining the structure and interrelationships in his head for performance and efficiency. He's very quick with ideas and has excellent problem solving skills. No challenge is too large or small. He's built software tools for over 30 years, helping very small businesses to large corporations. Ken's work experience includes Sperry, Motorola, Honeywell, ACSS, and his own Real Time Consulting firm (which he runs as a business partner). He's traveled to Europe and Africa in support of his job. Having worked Systems, Software, Verification and Validation, and as a small business owner, Ken brings a wealth of experience to the table. |

Ian Hutchison |

Co-founder Ian Hutchison is the detail guy. He is extremely resourceful in finding answers to difficult problems and questions. From the early brainstorming of a project to its final delivery, three goals rank highly with him: completeness, closure, and follow through. Establishing clear communication with all involved is his hallmark. Starting off as a Systems Engineer at NASA-JSC in both propulsion and robotics, he moved to Motorola (under General Dynamics, now Boeing) to work on satellite systems for a global telecommunications system where he met Ken. Honeywell avionics systems were next, then on to ACSS defining requirements and testing software. Tools became a hot interest as a way to complete more work with higher efficiency and accuracy. |
