As
a Company, what do you think of STM?
"Professional and responsive." |
|

-- A. Curnutt, Software Engineer |
|

With respect to Functionality and Learning How to Use STM Products [ReqSuite]:
"Does what it's supposed to do. Easy to learn." |
|
| |
-- T. Faulkner, Systems and Software Engineer |
|

On the Quality of STM products:
"I guess the one thing that I really like about the way you guys [STM] do things is that I really can't remember a time when you released a version [of ReqSuite] and there was a bug found later that was a show stopper. I'm impressed that the Beta testing done before releasing a version to us is done well. That can't be said for many tools I've worked with in the past. I guess I've learned to feel confident that using a new version of ReqSuite wasn't going to block me from working when I upgraded, and I don't feel that way when getting upgrades for other tools." |

-- K. Koeb, Systems Engineer |
|
| |
[ReqSuite] is robust--I haven't had it crash on me. |
|
| |
-- A. Curnutt, Software Engineer |
|
| |
On the Intuitiveness of STM products:
"Easy if a new user reads the manual, not intuitive if manual not read. Perhaps if the tool had summary instructions as the user selected individual elements of the program."
[STM has since introduced page specific "Info" buttons containing purpose and instructions in all interfaces as an inherent part of their design.] |
|

-- T. Faulkner, Systems and Software Engineer |
|
| |
On the Documentation provided by STM for their products:
"One of the better User Guides [that] I've used. I wish more people would read it…." |
|
| |
-- K. Koeb, Systems Engineer |
|
| |
On the Support of STM products:
"My response time (to problems) has been very good." [Person-to-person, email, and telephone] |
